Return & Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for store credit within 15 days of receiving it. 

Items that are not eligible for return are: 

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Sale, Discounted or Clearance items

There is a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your credit of the original purchase price. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


    Refunds (if applicable):

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. In order for you to receive store credit, you must upload the tracking information into the Returns Center. You MUST include the RMA number in your return package or you will not be issued store credit.

    If you are approved, then you will be issued a gift card via email for the amount specified.

    If you did not upload the tracking information of your return into AfterShip, you will not be eligible for store credit



    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    Undeliverable Packages

    We may on occasions have packages returned to us because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:

    • An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
    • The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified
    • The package was refused by the recipient


    Bliss & Bustle Boutique is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. 

    We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages.

    Store Credit

    • Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire one year from the date issued.
    • Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.




    Most orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot cancel orders after this time period.
